Medialesson supported R-Biopharm AG in the conception and development of its new platform, RIDA®SMART UNIVERSE, providing architects, a designer, and a dedicated development team. In close and agile collaboration with a product owner, a stakeholder, and a developer from R-Biopharm AG, Medialesson designed and implemented the entire platform within just four months.

Cloud Connected IoT Rolls
HÄHL GmbH and Medialesson developed the product "Cloud Connected IoT Rolls", which connects rollers at various locations worldwide - including China - to the cloud via sensor technology. Sensor data from multiple measurement points is captured almost in real time and analyzed in the cloud. Performance evaluations of the rollers are visualized in Power BI dashboards. The technology enables continuous quality control of the products.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics Assistant App (FDA)
The Troubleshooting and Diagnostics Assistant App (FDA for Fehler- und Diagnoseassistenz-App) is based on the Medialesson proof of concept developed in 2021/22. At its core is a modular, easily extensible architecture that allows for the straightforward integration of new readout functions and supports deployment as a white-label solution for NGD customers. Using AR image targets, the FDA app automatically recognizes the meter box and overlays interactive instructions directly on the relevant control elements. This enables the readout process to be performed on a wide range of devices from different manufacturers without requiring users to learn the operation of each individual machine.
